When you book a consultation, the scheduler asks for your name, email address and any details you choose to add (for example a phone number or what you would like to discuss). If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours automatically receives technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. Our hosting provider also keeps short-term server logs for security and reliability.
2. Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies or similar technologies and collect usage information such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling and approximate location derived from your IP address.
